The Ningbo Chi-mach offers machines and lines for the processing of steel strips. The steel strip grinding machines mainly process snap off blade, single edge blade, utility blade, hobby knife blade, razor blades, scalpel blades, and similar workpieces. The whole grinding line includes following stations:
-Decoiler table;
-Rough grinding stations(4);
-Fine grinding station(1);
-Hone grinding station(1);
-Polishing station;
-Driving station;
-Control box/Loop table station;

MAIN STATION DESCRIPTION:
The one-sided grinding station is used to grind snap off blade, utility blade, single edge blade,hobby blade and similar blades, below is layout of whole grinding line.
1.Rough grinding station
-4 grinding wheels mounted on precision spindles with two-sided bearings, grind angles between 4 and 13 degrees,Grind Wheel:250x30x96.5 mm
-Grinding speed:15/20 meter per minute;
-Wheel speed:4000/minte;
